Why I oppose the Homosexual Lobby

People keep asking me why I care what homosexuals do. “It doesn’t affect you!!!” : says the pansified pushover.

The question is ignorant of the realities if the homosexual lobby.

They will NEVER stop. They want to “FEEL” acceptance from 100% of the population of the entire planet. They’ll never get that so they are already persecuting anyone that dares to disagree.

THAT’S why I care.

I don’t care who you have sex with. I care about you forcing me to condone it. Forcing me to photograph it. Forcing me to bake a cake to celebrate it.
Forcing me to teach it to my kids. Forcing me to have my church marry you. You forcing me into a jail for refusing to bless it.

THAT’S why I care. The homosexual lobby and their supporters are three levels above the Nazi’s. They will have acceptance or you’ll be physically attacked, pay heavy fines, and go to jail or lose your business.

Perhaps I should be grateful they aren’t threatening to kill us just yet? Oh. Wait.

  1. Right on Stacy. The main problem with the Gays, lesbians and homosexuals is that they can’t even accept themselves without someone else approving them. I can’t force them to change, I don’t like the lifestyle, and I don’t like it being forced onto me. Those who demand tolerance are more often than not the most intolerant.

  2. The problem is some people (on all sides) take a black or white stance on a multifaceted issue. Live and let live. Dont force your beliefs on others. I believe everyone is entitled to do what the want, as long as they dont hurt those around them. This article is absolutely correct when it states total acceptance is never going to happen. However, in a country with one of its claims to greatness is the freedom of religion, who happens to have a christian majority, Christians have a tendency to get all bent out of shape when someone says something like, “why is the christian god mentioned on my money, in my school, or in my pledge of allegiance, on my court house lawn” (all public spaces meant to be shared by all) Now it becomes a war on christianity, a war on christmas, a war on the one true god,…but what of those who dont believe that jesus is their savior? Should they be forced to believe, and have to be exposed to a christian god, even if the idea offends them, in a country that promotes freedom of religion? Should the gay community rise up, kill in the name of gayness to all of those who dont believe in gayness? Start a gay crusade? Spend a thousand years repressing anti gayness, and sodomizing people into acceptance of gayness until they can become the gay majority, at which point our politicians, (of whom are supposed to represent us all) can claim that this is a gay nation, and we need to stand up to the war on gayness against the minority heteros of whom seek equality? Please note, you are allowed to believe whatever you wish, I support you even if I disagree, and this is not a bashing of christianity, or your beliefs, but a bashing of the hypocritical stance of so very many ignorant, narrow minded people,…on both sides of the issue.

    • You’re wrong. The basis of the founding of this nation doesn’t change when you’re born and suddenly disagree. Having in God we trust on our money doesn’t harm you at all.

But you insist that it be removed to satisfy you. So you really don’t believe in live and let live. And that’s why Christians have to come out and stand for truth and what’s right. We outnumber the anti Christians. We’ve just never banded together to stop you.

  3. Three levels above the nazis? When gays invade Europe and slaughter 13 million people, you might have a point. Until then, you sound like an insufferable holocaust trivializing jackass.

  4. I do believe in live and let live. I never insisted anything. I only stated the hypocrisy I witness. I also stated I witness it on both sides. The “truth” you speak of is your beliefs, nothing else. I am only advocating that others be allowed to express and live their beliefs the same as you To live their own truth. . And I will state now that anyone who dosent want to bake a cake for a gay couple, because they dont want to gayness forced upon them, has no real foothold in an argument with someone who dosent want the christian god forced upon them. In a side note, I do believe the crusades were exactly christians banding together to stop the spread of non christians. As for George saying that gays cant even accept each other, I would like to know how he feels about the 1400+ Christian denominations, that are so accepting of each other. The common denominator is their view that Jesus is the savior, so what is the difference that there are so many different kinds of gay people, who live and believe many different truths, but all happen to be gay. But thank you for judging me with your assumptions, and very little facts. and disregarding my points because they appear to challenge your beliefs. That is very Christian of you.

    • “The “truth” you speak of is your beliefs, nothing else”
You do realize that there IS truth, right? In the argument of one God vs. many, vs. none, only ONE can be correct. That means that whatever that truth is, it is truth for all. It’s like the old tree in the forest thing with a twist: if there is no one in the forest to see a given tree, does it still exist? Well, it either does or it doesn’t; there is no intermediate answer. The Christian God either does exist or He doesn’t. If He does, then it makes no difference what you or anyone else “believes”; He does irrespective of your, my, or anyone else’s consideration! What it boils down to is faith, which is evidenced by what we Christians see as proof, in God’s existence. And before you ask: the God of the Bible is the only one who satisfactorily proves Himself to be the truth!

      • I will agree that there is only one truth. I disagree that you know what that truth is. 1400+ denominations of christianity, all with a slightly different truth raises a red flag for me. (dosent mean its wrong, just that I would like to figure it out for myself. Maybe your right, maybe your not. I am always on the look out for the truth, But if you are right, why not let god judge me for himself,

      • I judged you based on your narrow perception of the truth, and your jumping to conclusions about me and my views with little facts about me, and for disregarding without contemplation, the point that I was trying to make I did not judge you based on your religion.
. The part about being a good christian was a petty jab on my part, For that I apologize. it was uncalled for, and unchristian of me.

      • ps. as I re-read my original comment. to contemplated the entire conversation I even said. “I support you even I disagree” and “this is not a bashing of Christianity, but a bashing of hypocrisy”. .

  5. Saying that things an atheist might dislike or be uncomfortable with is the same thing as the Court Ordered compliance with the demands of gays is as red a herring as I have ever seen! If a Godless person is ‘offended’ by the In God We Trust on money, use plastic. No one if FORCED by edict of a Court Order (with the implicit threat of jail) to deal with or use cash money. Yet if a baker, or photographer or anyone else who might be offended by the gay life chooses not to deal with gays, they are taken to court and FORCED to comply. Ignored by many, yourself included apparently dannaker, is the fact that in every case that I have heard of where some gay couple seeks a Court to FORCE a non gay business to comply, the non gay business was NOT the only one in town. Targeting a specific business in order to FORCE a desired Court outcome is despicable. It surely gives proof that the “we just want to be treated like everyone else” is nothing more then a PR Lie.Even the idea of what “public” is has been bastardized in order to allow the Courts to FORCE citizens to Obey a standard they may disagree with. And BTW, there is no “Christian God” named on our money.

    • I agree, they should have gone to another business, not the court. but most of the rest of this comment is bs. I would like to see an atheist pay his taxes without using money. Hey…did you know you can go to jail for not paying your taxes.

  6. I totally agree with you on this issue. People that disagree should be able to openly say I disagree with that behavior without any repercussions. It doesn’t mean you hate the person but you hate the act.

  7. Please understand that not all gays are a part of the liberal left. There are those of us who would never dream of forcing anyone to accept our lifestyle. We believe in God, go to church on Sunday, vote conservatively, and wouldn’t dream of marching in a gay pride parade. There are those of us who just want the same civil rights that everyone else is guaranteed under the Constitution. I don’t care whether or not a religious group marries gay folks. Churches should have a say over who they marry under their roofs (rooves?). I do feel that we should be allowed civil unions. As for the all the garbage going on with the guy on A&E, he has every right to express his like or dislike of homosexuals. Once his right to free speech is taken, it’s only a matter of time before ALL of us will lose our freedom of speech. As for the bakers who were forced to bake a wedding cake for a gay couple, well…if you operate as a business, then you are held to certain rules and regulations, unfortunately or fortunately. Remember there was a time in this country when businesses refused to serve black folks. Not much different these days, just homosexuals who aren’t being served. We all have rights as U.S. citizens, or at least we’re supposed to, as specified in the Constitution. I will defend anyone’s right to his/her belief and the right to say it out loud without repercussions. Try not to lump all homosexuals in the same left-leaning pile of manure.

  8. What a bunch of BS rhetoric. You are an idiot if you think gays are forcing anyone to do anything. ‘Forcing me to bake a cake’ are you kidding me? Don’t bake the cake if you don’t want. Just plain ignorance.

    • Do you not pay attention to the news, JT? They didn’t want to bake the cake and the homosexual couple took them to court to try and MAKE them do so. Why not just go down to the next baker and let him/her bake your cake? Because they want to make a point: they want everyone to saddle up onto the homosexuality wagon train and if we refuse, then they’ll make us!

  10. “The homosexual lobby and their supporters are three levels above the Nazi’s. They will have acceptance or you’ll be physically attacked, pay heavy fines, and go to jail or lose your business.” Good grief, how incredibly dramatic. Please stop.

    • Reading is hard JB, we know. But try… Try reading news that isn’t leftist propaganda.

Those highlighted phrases are links to stories supporting my statements. That means I’m referring to others who are in the news because they’re being persecuted by the homosexual lobby.

Who cares if you like or agree with what I post here? This isn’t about JB, it’s about those Americans whose rights are being crushed by unhappy gays. (Do you see what I just did there?)

  11. dannaker
You said: “I am always on the look out for the truth, But if you are right, why not let god judge me for himself” The answer: Because if I am right, then I must try to tell others what I believe so they can have a chance at salvation. If you knew, without a shadow of a doubt, that someone was about to walk off a cliff, should you not at least TRY to warn them? I believe that the Christian God of the Holy Bible has proven Himself to be the one true God. When compared to those other 1000s of religions/denominations, the God of the Bible is unique and the most believable! So back to your point: if I wait and “let God judge you” without telling you the truth, then that judgment, being final, you won’t be able to ask for a do-over. It’s kind of like you saying, “Let the cliff judge me.” If I do, and the cliff is there, then you’re done!

    • Jim G. I said over a thousand christian denominations. Of whom all claim to worship the same god. The one in the bible. Christians persecuting other christians from Martin Luther, to Joseph Smith. They all have very different versions of the truth, and all worship the same god from the same book. I am glad your strong in your faith, and thank you for worrying about my soul. The church used to torture and silence free thinkers with the radical idea that the earth is round, and rotates around the sun, because that went against the “one” truth. But back to the point of the blog, Gay people are not going to go away. So it is important that we all find a way to co-exist, which is difficult with all of the hate speech and hypocrisy…from the far right, who want to take away God given free will. Or it be from the far left, who demand to never see or hear mention of the word god in a public space, and quote separation of church and state with vigor and hate. The divide in our nation is a perfect opportunity for those who wish to do us harm. Every time the public ends up in one of these hateful name calling debates, another law seems to slip through unnoticed that strips away a little bit of freedom. Then the finger pointing, and name calling comes into play about, “Those damned liberals\conservatives are ruining our country and taking away our freedoms” When in reality, the petty bickering between over indoctrinated small minded individuals (on both sides of the debate) are allowing our liberties to be stripped away one by one, because we become so distracted we dont even realize who the enemy is..

      • I’m wondering why you are trying to change my mind about opposing the HOMOSEXUAL LOBBY. I have no problem with individual homosexuals.

This entire problem is caused by activists that want to suppress the rights of Christians.

Dannaker is here forcing her anti Christian views which is the very same thing she’s accusing me of doing to homosexuals (there’s nothing “gay” about them).

I find that ironic. I can find one statement to agree with Dannaker on: we are losing our freedoms. The Patriot Act indefinite detention law was just reauthorized while we were discussing this last week.

That’s a shame. But that was what the left wanted. Attack Christians, which is a core lefty principle, then pass unconstitutional legislation. They can achieve this because we have so many RINO’s in the GOP.

Christians are tired of people like you forcing us into silent submission to every sexual deviance people “feel” like they must do. No amount of arguing is going to change that.

      • Dannaker, if you look through history I believe you’ll find that most of that in-fighting has been propagated BY Catholics upon anyone who disagreed with them. There are indeed many different denominations that claim to be the truth, and many of them are, just with differing opinions about doctrine. But as Jesus Himself said, not all who call Him Lord are saved (paraphrased). Everything you said beyond this about the divisiveness I agree with! I don’t know how old you are, but when I was younger, we didn’t have homosexuals out throwing parades, terrorizing churches and Christians(check the news about the group Femen), and trying to force their agendas upon everyone. They existed and we knew they did, but no one was out there beating anyone up verbally because they kept it quiet. Now, they are beating us over the head with their agenda because the current society is making it possible for them to. This is as much their fault as it may be ours. Sure there are Christians out there who are acting despicably, such as WBC, but most of us just want to spread the gospel of Jesus and help the lost find their way to salvation.

  12. There are extremists on both sides of the spectrum and it doesn’t help that the media likes to print what sells. Some people are attacked for being gay and I guess sometimes the other way around happens.

  13. Black people, Native Americans, and every other racial group in America (depending on the demographics of ones neighborhood) don’t even have that respect yet and they have been fighting for it in America a hell of a lot longer.

    • Stacy, I am not trying to change your mind on your opposition. And I am deffinately not trying to silence you or anyone else. I am only pointing out that by over generalizing people, and their beliefs, and ignoring the fact that you feel attacked when someone disagrees with you, while you attack someone you disagree with is hypocrital. Not all priests have sex with children, and not all gay people are out to get you. But then again you do work for the far right propaganda machine. The real irony here is I have gotten such a similar response while standing up for Christians conservatives and their rights when I deal with the far left propaganda machine. But whatever. You know me better than I know myself, I’m sure you’re judgments of me and all who criticize you and your perfection are accurate. Thanks for doing what you do, we need more unindoctrinated free thinkers such as yourself to spread the word of peace and love, and acceptance of all. No matter who we have to hurt to get there.

      • What you’re doing is refusing to accept that you’re wrong. My post is about the homosexual lobby – not all homosexuals. It’s clear in have post who I’m upset with.

I’ve reiterated that here in my comments to you. You’re a troll. Picking fights to make yourself “feel” big. You defend Christians… That’s rich. Perhaps there’s another definition of the word defend that’s specific to you?

Either way, I’m done here. Your comments are long and dull. It’s time for you to go.
